Sleek place with pleasant staff and free wi-fi.

Place was clean, everything was great. Central location adjacent to Battery Park, Ground Zero and Tribeca, FiDi and Chinatown, it was in a great area. Furthermore, the hotel was just walking distance from a cable-stayed bridge.

Staying at The Frederick was a memorable experience with its ideal downtown location and attentive staff. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy ambiance. Despite some challenges with room size and communication mishaps, the overall stay was truly enjoyable.

The lobby and rooms were nice, beds comfy, and showers clean. The dayshift staff are super helpful and quick to sort things out. The location rocks, with the subway, restaurants, bars, and shops right around the corner. Even though the breakfast situation was a bit of a bummer, the rest of the stay was top-notch! 🌟

The Frederick disappointed me greatly during my recent stay. For a hefty price, the cramped room and tiny bathroom were unbearable. Woken up by loud drilling and electrical issues added to the chaos. Despite a great location, the front desk staff lacked friendliness and professionalism. On the bright side, the cleaning staff and bellboy were outstanding, and the hotel's proximity to the subway was convenient. Overall, a mixed experience that fell short of previous stays at this hotel.

Stayed in a hotel near One World Trade Center, with classic NY eats. Service was outstanding, small room but cozy. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would DEFINITELY choose again! The only downside - rooms are tinier than they seem in photos.

I was surprised by the elegance of the atmosphere of this human-sized and cozy hotel, in terms of the decoration, smart and attentive staff, other calm and pleasant guests. location is great to take advantage of the revival of Tribeca and World Trade Center (the upscale Ocullus shopping mall is just a few steps away), subway lines in front of the hotel are the most convenient and take you by express train to North Manhattan or Brooklyn. Excellent bedding, refined and practical bathroom, bathrobe, soft slippers. bit of ventilation noise at the 202, we have been changed to 302 at our request, impeccable. We'll be back!

Breakfasts and meals are not served at the hotel but at the adjoining Serafina, whose service sometimes leaves something to be desired, juices and fruit are fresh and prices reasonable for the neighbourhood. There are also outside a Starbucks, Le Pain Quotidien and various bagel shops if you want to change. There are many new trendy restaurants on West Broadway including the gastronomic Bastard that I recommend.

The deluxe room was so cozy and luxurious. The king bed with Frette linens made me feel like royalty. The view from the writing desk overlooking Tribeca was just breathtaking. I felt like I never wanted to leave!

Though the view was amazing, I wished the room had a bit more natural lighting.

Excellent and friendly luggage service. Excellent room service to bring ice, champagne etc. The staff is charming and always with a smile. The check-out was very quick, just making a call and everything is done while waiting for us to get off with the luggage.

The maid came by every day at 5:00 p.m. during a nap or in preparation for discharge. This needs to be improved because it's too late and disturbing. The lack of a coffee maker in the room is regrettable

It is very well located, subway stop right outside the door and many nice restaurants and cafes around, in one of the best areas of Manhattan. The facilities are new, the rooms are nice and very clean.

The hotel's staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions. the location is perfect for exploring the area, including Brooklyn Bridge, Financial District, and the Hudson river walkway. Easy access to the subway makes it convenient to travel around the city. the room service offers a bag to go with a very good pastry, fruit, and a granola bar, perfect for a quick breakfast on the go.

One thing that could be improved is the noise insulation in the rooms. Thin walls make it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

As backpackers, we loved the comfortable beds and helpful staff at this newly upgraded boutique hotel. The location was great, right next to Chambers Street subway and with good wifi in the rooms. The room was basic but clean, and the hot water pressure in the shower was excellent. it was good value for money.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel, chic atmosphere and attentions of the staff. location is great to take advantage of the revival of Tribeca and World Trade Center, subway lines in front of the hotel are the most convenient. Excellent bedding, modern and very nice bathroom with perfect bathrobes and slippers, a little bit of turn-of-the-century Prohibition very nice. other guests were calm and refined, restful and cozy stay, we will come back.

We found the staff at the hotel bar a little less pleasant but we didn't frequent it much.

The disappointment in the room they gave us... We were two adults and two teenagers, for two large beds, but for one person... We pointed it out and they offered us a room with two real double beds. If we hadn't said anything they would have let us sleep in a room that is meant for two people. We didn't get the bottle of water offered to the other arrivals!

Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with exclusive amenities that were a pleasant surprise. the private facilities were spotless and maintained regularly. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area were equally impressive and offered fantastic options.

The only minor issue was the absence of additional storage space in the room. this was compensated by the impeccable service provided by the staff.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel in Tribeca. The location couldn't have been better - right next to a subway station and close to the One World Trade Center. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed with high-quality amenities. The service from the staff was outstanding, always going above and beyond to assist us. Breakfast at the nearby Serafina restaurant was absolutely delicious. Plus, the view of the Freedom Tower from our room was breathtaking.

The elevator was a bit slow and outdated, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

During my recent stay at a boutique hotel in Tribeca over Christmas, I was pleased with a couple of key features. the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to provide exceptional service. Additionally, the hotel's central location was advantageous, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area and take advantage of nearby amenities.

One drawback I experienced was that the rooms were on the smaller side, even after being upgraded to a suite. Although it didn't personally affect me too much, others who require more space might find it a bit cramped.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me with a local food delivery number on my first visit. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Bar, and Fitness centre. I keep coming back for a city break.

We stayed in a hotel that is right across the street from the train station, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel is right on top of the Chamber St subway station and there are lots of restaurants to explore during the evening. , many main sites are very close by. The room was small but cozy, and it had every amenity we needed. the staff provided great service and were very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at The Frederick Hotel Tribeca! The location was perfect for exploring the city and the service we received was top-notch. The room was stylish and comfortable, and we especially loved the hip vibe and good reading lights. The team went above and beyond by bringing us a mini fridge to chill our food items.

The only downside was the design of the room. The two huge armchairs facing the bed with a cocktail table in between were completely useless and took up valuable space.

The Frederick Hotel is conveniently located near City Hall, unique boutiques, a 5-building complex, an Italian restaurant, the 9/11 Museum. Cons: Wasn't a fan of the smell in the lobby, but it's fine.

Chose this hotel for a vendor expo due to its high-style setting in Tribeca, a stone's throw from MTA subway service to NYC destinations and within walking distance to the city's business district. The elegant rooms and convenient location made my stay productive and enjoyable, and the staff was accommodating throughout.
